Two Weeks...

March 13, 2020 everyone went home. "Two weeks" everyone told us. "Two weeks" to clear out the buildings, to take some space, to give the virus a chance to leave...

Fast forward to July 2022. Much longer than two weeks. And I am just about now, started to see a light at the end of the ever-stressful tunnel. The 2021-2022 school year was one of the most demanding, disheartening, and discouraging years I have experienced in my 18 year career. And now, almost 3 weeks since school ended, I feel like I can poke my head out and maybe start writing again.
