ABOUT ME
My grandmother told me that ink runs through our veins, an ancestral right - inevitable.

There are countless bins in my basement hoarding the journals I wrote throughout my adolescence and I hope that one day I'll reminisce and actually revisit those innocent words.

In my senior year of college, I realized I'd taken enough writing courses to qualify that as the concentration of my English degree. And last minute, decided to minor in psychology. (Not a combination of entirely employable degrees.)

So I went back to school and found my true calling; Middle and High School English Teacher.

Even after I started my career as a teacher, I could not let go of my urge to write. Despite becoming a mother of 4 incredibly challenging children, I could not prevent myself from the compulsion of putting words to paper.
